You are not paying high dollars for nothing — Sep 10, 2009

This is a very intensive online program that tests your ability. It is not a program where you will not work for your degree because you will, but I mean this in a good way. You are not paying high dollars for nothing.
My experience was a good one — Sep 10, 2009

Overall, my experience was a good one. It is an awful thing when the instructors present your greatest barrier. That has been my biggest problem since studying at Capella. It would be very helpful to have a refund each quarter to assist with buying books and colloquia needs. Since each person has a different perspective, I suggest that interested individuals try it for themselves and hope for a better experience.

Very flexible, affordable, good staff. Weakness with the apa format.

I have benefited from the program — Sep 10, 2009

Overall, because I work hard, I think I have benefited from the program. The degree will help me to get ahead in the teaching field and possibly pursue a counseling career later. The other students do not seem to be of graduate level skill. Their writing is not gramatically correct and their ability to use the APA format is lacking. I have seen many students actually copy abstracts into their work without citing references.

They focus on the quality and value of the program and school and their personal experiences with the courses, faculty, peers, student services, financial aid, and other aspects of the program. They are based on the student's experience, not second-hand information or hearsay, and are meant to be relevant to prospective students.
